Develop and execute sales strategies for the food service segment, including consumer packs, premixes, and potential complementary products (food ingredients and related products).
Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels across HORECA, bakeries, restaurants, and medium-scale food industries.
Drive the implementation of solution selling by offering end-to-end food solutions rather than single-product sales.
Manage and develop product portfolios tailored to food service customers' needs.
Collaborate with the R&D and Marketing teams to develop new products aligned with market demands.
Initiate and manage partnerships with external partners (ingredient suppliers, packaging providers, etc.) to broaden the range of solutions offered.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts within the food service segment.
Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and product bundling programs with key customers.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
At least 5 years of experience as a Food Service Manager, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data analysis and numerical reporting.
Willing and able to travel as required.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
